Terms and Conditions – Aqua Universe
- Enrollment & Fees
- All students must complete registration and full payment before attending lessons.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless canceled by Aqua Universe.
- Class Attendance & Punctuality
- Students must arrive on time and be ready for lessons.
- Missed lessons will not be refunded or rescheduled unless due to medical reasons (doctor’s note required).
- Health & Safety
- Students must inform instructors of any medical conditions before starting.
- Proper swimwear is required at all times.
- Parents/guardians must supervise children before and after lessons.
- Pool Rules
- No running, diving (unless instructed), or rough play in or around the pool.
- Students must follow instructors’ directions at all times.
- Liability
- Aqua Universe is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
- Parents/guardians assume responsibility for their children’s safety outside class hours.
- Cancellations & School Policies
- Aqua Universe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, pool maintenance).
- Instructors may be substituted if needed.
- Photography & Media
- Aqua Universe may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing.
- Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior is expected from all students and parents. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the program.
